Legally using recording Studio employee monitoring software
There has been a little bruh ha ha about one particle part of my first post on starting a recording company, particularly the use of recording studio employee monitoring software that we mentioned, though the objection was not on the company but the practice itself so I thought it fitting to post this video I found of theirs explaining how this is all legal in South Africa otherwise they wouldn’t be in business competing with a few others offering a similar service.
Rememeber that you have to inform the employees either in writing on a contract or virbally.
